Though we may not be able to satisfy every kind of customization, we will try our best to meet your satisfaction.

Warranty and Returns
Every piece is guaranteed of manufacturing defects within 100 days of shipment date. If your item arrives damaged, incorrectly designed, or is simply not what you expected, please let us know immediately.
Returns and Cancellations
In case you change your mind, new, unworn jewelry can be returned to Micacoco within 45 days. No Questions asked.
Please note that since all our customized jewelry are made to order, there will be a 30% restocking expense charge for non-defective item returns within 45 days of purchase.
For cancellations, please cancel your order within 2 hours after you have ordered by contacting us via email or chat. Otherwise you may be charged 30% restocking fee.
Unfortunately due to very significant impact of COVID-19 on shipping prices, we are unable to offer free return shipping at the moment. Therefore, the return shipping isn't covered.

How do I track my order?
Once you complete the order, you should receive an order confirmation email. Once the order has been shipped, you should receive a shipment email to notify you that your order has been shipped. The shipment email would include the parcel tracking number. For Standard flat-rate shipping, we use Thai Post, where you can enter the tracking number directly at the Thai post website (Track And Trace : EMS : Thailand Post). For DHL, you can enter the tracking number on the DHL's website (Tracking, Track Parcels, Packages, Shipments | DHL Express Tracking).
How can I change my shipping address?
