At Micacoco, we endeavor to create each piece of your prized adornments as valuable and wonderful as the memory it commemorates.
In case your product arrives damagedincorrectly designed, or is not what you anticipatedplease let us know instantly and we'll do our best to correct the situation to your full satisfaction.

RETURN POLICY

Change of mind:

New, unworn, non-defective items can be returned to Micacoco within 45 days of delivery.
Please note that because all personalized items are one-of-a-kind, returns will incur a 30% restocking fee.

There are a few things to note: Unfortunately due to very significant impact of COVID-19 on shipping prices, we are unable to offer free return shipping at the moment. Therefore, the return shipping isn't covered. Additionally, refunds need to be sent to the original purchaser's method of payment. All items must be returned in original condition and in the original Micacoco packaging.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • If you would like to cancel your purchase, please reach to us immediately within 2 hours after placing an order. Otherwise, you may be charged with a restocking fee of 30% of the total amount of the item.
  • To cancel your order, please contact us.
  • Cancellations will be processed on the day we receive your cancellation request.
  • It may take up to 7 business days from the day your refund was approved.

Micacoco reserves the right to make any amendments to this policy at any time. Notification of any changes will be published on this page.

Warranty

Every piece is guaranteed of manufacturing defects within 100 days of shipment date. If your item arrives damaged, incorrectly designed, or is simply not what you expected, please let us know immediately.

This warranty covers faults in materials and workmanship and doesn't apply if damage is caused by unreasonable use or neglect, normal wear and tear. In order to make a warranty claim, you need to have purchased your Micacoco Jewelry through our website, and you must provide proof of purchase.

How do I make a claim?


Please email our support team with your order details and a description of the fault or damage. Including photographs of any fault helps a lot in speeding up claims.
